It was a lively, educational, and delicious way to celebrate culture, connection, and community.

Hamilton – Meet & Greet
Hamilton, one of Broadway’s most iconic productions, has won 11 Tony Awards and forever transformed American theater. We hosted an alumni group from the Lagos Business School for a performance and a special post-show on-stage meet and greet, creating a once-in-a-lifetime experience for this international corporate group. The energy, artistry, and history of the show made for an epic evening of inspiration and connection.

China Institute Gallery Tour & Orchid Ink Drawing Workshop
In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival, we hosted a private event for a music streaming platform’s Asian ERG. The experience began with an exclusive gallery tour of China Institute’s Metamorphosis exhibit, highlighting contemporary interpretations of traditional Chinese art. The second part of the event was a hands-on Orchid Ink Drawing Workshop, connecting the orchid’s symbolism—grace, respect, and harmony—to the festival’s themes of reunion and community.

Private Tour of the Museum of the Moving Image: The Wiz Spotlight
Our group experienced the legacy of a cinematic landmark with a private, curator-led tour of the Museum of the Moving Image, featuring an exclusive focus on The Wiz. Guests explored original costumes, props, concept art, and production materials from the iconic 1978 film. More than a musical, The Wiz was a groundbreaking moment in NYC filmmaking—shot on location across the city with an all-Black cast—and spotlighted New York as a hub for diverse storytelling. This tour highlighted how Kaufman-Astoria’s success with the film helped bring filmmaking back to New York City post-WWII.
Vanessa’s Dumpling House: Dumpling Making Class with Amazon Employees
Founder Vanessa Weng shared the story behind Vanessa’s Dumpling House, a beloved NYC institution for over 20 years. This interactive session went beyond cooking—it was a hands-on journey into tradition, storytelling, and the joy of preparing food with care. Participants learned to roll, fill, and fold dumplings, with Vanessa offering table-by-table guidance and judging the top three dumpling makers. The experience combined culinary skills with cultural insight, perfect for team-building and engagement.

NY Liberty Game Experience and On-Court Free Throw
An unforgettable NY Liberty game at Barclays Center brought the energy of WNBA championship basketball directly to our group. As the Liberty claimed the 2024 WNBA championship, attendees experienced the excitement of world-class basketball live. The event included exclusive post-game court access, giving each guest—adults and kids alike—the rare opportunity to step onto the professional court and take a free throw shot, creating memories that extended beyond the game itself.

New York Philharmonic: The Art of the Score: E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial
An afternoon of cinematic magic paired with the emotional power of live music: the New York Philharmonic performed John Williams’ iconic score to a full screening of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial at David Geffen Hall, Lincoln Center. The event brought Spielberg’s timeless story of friendship and adventure vividly to life, allowing attendees to experience the film in a way that blended nostalgia, artistry, and the immersive impact of live orchestral performance.

Maybe Happy Ending – Cast Talk Back
Maybe Happy Ending originated in Seoul, South Korea, before making its Broadway debut in 2024. The show won multiple Tony Awards, including Best New Musical and Best Male Lead for Darren Criss. After the performance, our ERG participated in a Talk Back with the full cast and all three stage managers. Because our group’s presence was communicated in advance, the cast shared candidly about their experiences, the magic behind the production, and personal insights into the show. Attendees were able to ask thoughtful questions, making it an intimate and memorable engagement.

Illinoise with Post Performance Meet and Greet
We hosted a corporate group to attend the pre-opening night preview of Illinoise, the musical inspired by Sufjan Stevens’ acclaimed 2005 album Illinois. The show later won the 2024 Tony for Best Choreography. Since the performance was on a Monday, we even spotted casts from other productions, including Hell’s Kitchen, congratulating friends. Our group enjoyed an exclusive meet and greet with principal cast members, providing a behind-the-scenes glimpse into this Tony-winning production.

Hell’s Kitchen with Post Performance Q&A
This Tony-winning show, inspired by the lyrics and life of Grammy-winning Alicia Keys, leaves you feeling the energy of New York in your bones. We hosted an Asian ERG for a Talk Back with Asian cast members, who shared their personal journeys to Broadway and their experiences in the show. Previous events have included backstage meet and greets, making this production especially meaningful. For me, as a New Yorker and Alicia Keys fan, this was a moment where inspiration became tangible for everyone in the room.

Buena Vista Social Club – Meet & Greet
Based on the Grammy-winning album, Buena Vista Social Club captures the soulful sounds of Havana and moves audiences deeply. Winner of five 2024 Tony Awards, it’s a must-see production. After the show, our group headed backstage for a meet and greet with the cast, and we even had the chance to be in the presence of 17-time Grammy-winning artist Ruben Blades. It was a truly unforgettable evening, celebrating artistry, excellence, and cultural richness.
